Pool cleaners are fantastic but when they play up, it can be frustrating. We are here to help 🙂 Below are a couple of links to videos on how to replace a diaphragm (the most common cause of a traditional suction cleaner not working). We also readily stock and can install for you a Rebel Tune Up Kit (for when your Rebel starts doing circles). You can also try the following: empty your skimmer and pump baskets, check your hoses (leaking hoses will hiss when raised out of the water, check your vac plate (ensure it is not cracked and it is installed correctly), clean your filter, up your speed valve and/ or pop in and see us at the Concept Pool Shop.
